Terms of Service

LinkingMany is a software service that provides a hosted "link-in-bio" page for creators, online sellers and service providers. The service is operated by EBUNEX PRIVATE LIMITED, a private limited company incorporated in Singapore, with its registered office at 22 Sin Ming Lane, #06-76 Midview City, Singapore 573969. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "LinkingMany" refer to EBUNEX PRIVATE LIMITED; "you" refers to anyone who creates an account or uses the service.

When you sign up we host a public profile page at linkingmany.com/{your-username} where you can list the destinations you want to share — your social media profiles, online stores, booking pages, websites, and similar links. The page automatically adjusts its layout to the viewer's country and device, based on standard HTTP headers and the User-Agent string. We do not place tracking pixels or third-party cookies on these pages.

To create a profile you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate information (phone number, email address, display name) and to keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age permitted in your country) to use the service.

The publishing tools are available on a recurring subscription:

• SGD 5 billed every 1 month, OR
• SGD 12 billed every 3 months, OR
• SGD 22 billed every 6 months

Payment is processed by Stripe Inc. and is governed by Stripe's terms. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. We do not store your full card details; Stripe handles all payment data.

Credits are an optional one-off purchase used to buy decorative background designs ("stickers") for your public page. Credits and unlocked stickers do not expire. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable between accounts, and cannot be exchanged back for cash.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods.

First subscription period: 7-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel within 7 days of your first paid period and have not received material benefit from the service, contact hello@linkingmany.com and we will refund that period in full.

Credit packs: refundable within 7 days of purchase provided no credit from the pack has been spent. Once any credit has been spent on a sticker, the pack becomes non-refundable.

You agree not to use LinkingMany to share or promote:

• Illegal goods or services in your jurisdiction
• Sexually explicit material, adult content, or pornography
• Gambling, betting, or wagering services
• Firearms, weapons, ammunition, or explosive material
• Recreational drugs or unregulated pharmaceuticals
• Counterfeit goods or material that infringes another party's intellectual property
• Content promoting violence, hate, harassment, or discrimination
• Malware, phishing pages, or links designed to defraud visitors
• Activity that violates the terms of the platforms you are linking to (e.g. spamming, fake engagement)

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules without prior notice. We may also remove individual links that violate them while keeping the rest of the account active.

You retain ownership of the content you upload (your display name, bio, avatar image, and the URLs you list). You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and transmit that content as necessary to provide the service — for example, to render your public page to visitors and to generate previews when someone shares your URL. You represent that you have the right to upload the content you provide.

We aim to keep LinkingMany running smoothly but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be unavailable temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, or due to events outside our control. We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We will give reasonable notice for changes that materially reduce the service you have paid for.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the service is free of viruses or harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the total fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You may delete your account at any time by emailing hello@linkingmany.com. On termination, your public page becomes inaccessible. We may retain backup copies of account data for a limited period for legal, accounting, and security purposes, in line with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through an in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
