Payment details

Everything a customer (or a payment-gateway reviewer) needs to know about how we charge.

Payment processor

All payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Checkout). Card data never touches our servers — Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. We store only the Stripe customer ID and subscription ID.

Refund policy

7-day money back on your first month’s subscription, no questions asked. Email hello@linkingmany.com within 7 days of purchase. Credit top-ups are non-refundable once any credit has been spent. Unused credit packs can be refunded within 7 days.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime from your dashboard → Credits / Billing. You keep access until the end of the paid period. We do not auto-renew you onto a more expensive plan.

For invoices, payment failures, refund requests, or any billing question, email hello@linkingmany.com. Response within 1 business day (Singapore time).

Business identity
LinkingMany is operated by EBUNEX PRIVATE LIMITED, a private limited company incorporated in Singapore (22 Sin Ming Lane, #06-76 Midview City, Singapore 573969). The service is a general-purpose link aggregator for creators, e-commerce sellers, and service providers — no adult, gambling, or regulated content is hosted or sold through the service.

Pricing FAQ

Is there a free trial?+

No free trial, but the 7-day refund policy effectively works the same way — try it, if it’s not for you, email us within 7 days for a full refund.

How do I cancel?+

Dashboard → Credits/Billing → Cancel subscription. Takes one click. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Do credits expire?+

No. AI credits never expire. Unused credits stay in your account indefinitely, even if you cancel the subscription.

Can I buy credits without a subscription?+

Yes. AI credits are a separate, optional one-off purchase. The subscription is only for the core link-in-bio service.

What payment methods are accepted?+

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe Checkout. We’ll add additional regional methods as Stripe enables them.

Are prices inclusive of GST?+

Prices shown are exclusive of Singapore GST. GST will be added at checkout for Singapore customers if applicable.
