Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This policy explains what personal information LinkingMany collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. LinkingMany is operated by EBUNEX PRIVATE LIMITED, a private limited company incorporated in Singapore, with its registered office at 22 Sin Ming Lane, #06-76 Midview City, Singapore 573969. EBUNEX PRIVATE LIMITED is the data controller for the information described below.

2. Information we collect

Account information. When you sign up we collect your phone number (Singapore +65 or Malaysia +60) or email address and a chosen username. If you sign in with Google, Google also shares your name and profile picture with us.

Profile content. Anything you add to your public page — display name, bio, avatar image, and the URLs you list — is stored and shown publicly at linkingmany.com/{your-username}.

Payment information. When you subscribe or buy credits, payment is processed by Stripe. We never see your full card number, CVC, or expiry. Stripe shares back only the customer ID, subscription ID, plan type, and amount paid; we store these so we know which account is subscribed.

Usage data. When a visitor opens your public page we log the request server-side: the visitor's approximate country (from standard hosting-platform geolocation headers), their device class (mobile, tablet, desktop, parsed from the User-Agent header), and the timestamp. We do not place tracking pixels or third-party cookies. When a visitor clicks one of your links we increment a counter on that link so you can see basic click totals in your dashboard.

What we do NOT collect. We do not request precise geolocation, contacts, microphone, or camera access. We do not buy data from data brokers. We do not run advertising trackers on the public profile pages.

3. How we use information

  • To authenticate you and operate your account
  • To render your public profile page to visitors
  • To process subscription and credit-pack payments
  • To provide basic analytics (page views, link clicks) on your dashboard
  • To send essential service emails (receipts, security notices, account changes)
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms
  • To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers.

4. Service providers

We rely on these third parties to operate the service. Each has its own privacy policy:
  • Google Firebase (authentication, database, file storage) — operated by Google LLC. Firebase Privacy
  • Stripe (payment processing) — operated by Stripe Inc. Stripe Privacy
  • Vercel (web hosting and serverless functions) — operated by Vercel Inc. Vercel Privacy

These providers may store data outside Singapore (typically in the United States or other jurisdictions where they operate infrastructure). By using LinkingMany you consent to those transfers.

5. Cookies and tracking

We use a minimal set of first-party cookies and similar storage, strictly to keep you signed in to your dashboard. We do not use third-party analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or fingerprinting. Your public profile pages serve no client-side JavaScript on initial render and place no cookies in visitors' browsers.

6. Data retention

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your profile, links, and uploaded avatar within 30 days. Some records may be retained longer where required by law (for example, financial records related to payments — typically 5–7 years under Singapore tax rules), or in encrypted backups for a limited period before they expire.

7. Your rights

You may, at any time:
  • Access and update your profile information from your dashboard
  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your personal data
  • Withdraw consent to processing (note: this may end your access to the service)
  • Object to processing or request restriction of processing

8. Children

LinkingMany is not directed at children under 13. If you are under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country), do not use the service. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13 we will delete it.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information — including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls on our databases, and Firebase Security Rules that scope read/write access. No internet service can be guaranteed perfectly secure; if we detect a breach affecting your information we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or an in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
